Havas PR’s Manchester office will be handling the public relations for Barratt Homes Manchester and David Wilson Homes North West, following a 5-way pitch process.
The agency will be responsible for building the profile of the two companies in the North West, specifically targeting agents, land owners, local authorities, as well as potential house buyers.
“Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are two of the best known and most successful brands in the UK house building sector and PR activity has been upweighted to reflect that position. It’s a really exciting time for us to be working with them,” explained board director, Nigel Hughes, who will be heading up the account.
The pitch process was led by Barratt Developments’ head of PR, Paul Howlett-Davey.
