Carousel wins competitive pitch for Legoland and Sea Life

Carousel PR has won a 4-way pitch to handle the public relations for Legoland Discovery Centre and Sea Life Manchester at the Trafford Centre.

“Winning these two major family attractions is a great start to the year for Carousel. Both will add to our growing family brands division which, as an agency, we are very passionate about,” said Carousel’s joint MD, Gawen Higgins.

The tourist attractions are both part of Merlin Entertainments’ portfolio. The group operates in 22 countries, with a turnover of £1bn+.

“We’re delighted to have Carousel on board and look forward to long and rewarding relationship which helps to further establish Legoland Discovery Centre and Sea Life as two of Manchester’s top tourist attractions,” stated marketing manager, Jonathan Royle.

The launch of the attractions in 2013 was handled by Down at the Social.
