An event to celebrate the Prolific Northerners was held recently in Manchester.
In July we made an unprecedented attempt to identify the North’s leading media and creative industry figures. The resulting top 100 can be viewed here, as well as a commentary of the results.
Supported by Weber Shandwick and Melbourne Server Hosting, it provided a fascinating overview of the depth, seniority and quality of talent now on our doorstep here in the North.
A number of Prolific Northerners were in attendance for a party held last week at the spectacular offices of Melbourne.
Around 75 guests came together to toast the North, network, enjoy a splendid hog roast – and if they were lucky, have their caricature drawn by resident cartoonist Ray Allen. A selection of the resulting pictures can be seen below.
