Maker Projects continues its collaboration with women’s wear brand, Simply Be, with launch of its Spring/Summer 2014 collection.
The Manchester-based agency worked alongside Together Film’s producer, Marcia Collins to create a series of shorts to promote Simply Be’s new Sports Luxe and Grunge range.
The Sport Luxe collection was filmed at the Victoria Baths, while Grunge was shot at the Manchester Ritz.
“We continue to give Simply Be a fresh direction in our films with a more editorial feel. It was great to be inspired by these locations and give a sense of atmosphere to the collection. The team at Simply Be were great to work with – there’s always a buzz on set – and we look forward to keep developing the brand with the video campaign for Summer,” said Maker Projects, co-founder and creative director, Nick Marchant.
“After working with Together Film and Maker on our AW13 videos, we couldn’t wait to work with them again on the first set of our SS14 videos, and they didn’t disappoint. Another great collection of fashion focused videos showcasing the Simply Be collection perfectly,” added Simply Be marketing coordinator Eleni Kettles.
