TribePad, a South Yorkshire company which claims it can save some firms up to £2m a year in recruitment costs, has appointed Dinosaur PR.

The South Yorkshire-based software company produces the Social ATS platform and counts BBC, Trinity Mirror and G4S amongst its clients.

Dinosaur’s role will be to deliver a strategic communications campaign to raise the profile of the system through trade and social media.

“It’s always great to work with market leaders, and it’s fair to say that TribePad’s unique software is revolutionising the recruitment industry. It’s certainly an exciting time to be involved with such as forward-thinking brand,” explained Chris Norton, managing director of Dinosaur PR in Leeds.

“This was a competitive pitch process, so the team and I are delighted to be selected and we are looking forward to delivering some fantastic results for them.”

TribePad claims it can make firms such major savings by enabling them to take the entire recruitment process in house. The software has been created to allow businesses to publish jobs online, search for candidates, process applications and engage with future talent.

“We’re working with some of the biggest companies in the UK and it’s not unusual for our software to save large companies £1m – £2m a year compared with using recruitment companies. We’ve got a great story to tell, and the time is now right to start building our profile and credibility outside of recruitment circles, and into the broader business community. We’re looking forward to Dinosaur PR helping us achieve this,” added Alexis Twigg, co-founder of TribePad.
