Taylors of Harrogate brought in Halifax agency, Limehouse, to promote Yorkshire Tea’s official partnership with English cricket and former captain, Michael Vaughan.

The 3-year deal means the brand will become an integral part of the English Cricket Board’s marketing activity.

Limehouse’s role was to produce a short promotional piece of film to communicate the news to staff and on social media channels. It was presented by Yorkshire Tea’s new brand ambassador, Michael Vaughan.

“Working with Taylors of Harrogate allows us the opportunity to really show our creativity and we are absolutely delighted to have been a part of this latest Yorkshire Tea campaign which underlines the key features of the brand and moves it from regional to national favourite,” said Nick Howard, founder and managing director of Limehouse.

The shoot was originally planned to capture the behind-the-scenes location filming with Taylors and Bettys staff, but in the end it went out through the company’s official Facebook page and as a commemorative DVD souvenir for all the employees involved.

“Having worked with Limehouse last year and knowing how competent they are in understanding and meeting our objectives, we knew that their work would be innovative and on brand.  The concluding film clips show Yorkshire Tea, and its people, at their best,” added Dom Dwight, brand communications manager at Bettys & Taylors.
