Entering its fourth year, the award-winning Leeds Digital Careers Fair (LDCF25) is set to return to the first direct arena on Tuesday, 30th September 2025, as part of the Leeds Digital Festival. This event has consistently grown, establishing itself as the largest digital careers fair in the North. It connects employers with thousands of students, graduates, career changers, and professionals eager to enter or advance in the digital and tech industry.

LDCF25 is more than just a recruitment event, it’s a high-impact platform for showcasing opportunities, raising brand awareness and supporting inclusive talent pipelines.  Last year’s event welcomed 4,200+ visitors and featured over 50 exhibiting organisations, ranging from global tech leaders to grassroots training providers.

Organised by Leeds City Council’s Employment & Skills Service, the event champions equality, diversity and inclusion, earning the Leeds Digital Festival EDI Award in 2023.  Attendees will have the chance to explore a wide range of roles, apprenticeships and training pathways across AI, fintech, healthtech, gaming, software, cyber security and more.
