Both appointments follow the launch of Turn Key’s London office earlier this year. A total of 14 staff have been brought in across both offices over the last quarter, taking total numbers to 48.

Phil Dean, MD of the London office, said: “The landscape for agency offering is rapidly changing to meet clients’ needs for a consolidated experience – integrated is the new specialism.

“For any brand, ensuring consistency across key messages and tone of voice is essential and an integrated agency has the means to deliver exactly that. Creatives now need to understand how a brand will work across all channels and we’re committed to ensuring that design, digital PR and marketing services work together.”

The agency has grown gross profit by 30% year on year and is forecasting a 45% increase over the next 12 months. Current clients include Great Lengths, Soap & Glory and DePuy Synthes.

Founder Nik Entwistle added: “Emma and Tom’s appointments, combined with the additional 14 talented staff that we’ve welcomed to the Turn Key family over the past few months, will enable us to continue to fulfill our ambitious growth plans and deliver a truly integrated offering with world-class creative at its heart.”

Turn Key plans to invest “more than half a million pounds” to develop the team further in Leeds and London over the next year.
