Digital agency Extreme Creations has launched a PR division and appointed Amy Keen to head it up.

The Harrogate-based business which started in 2002, offers services, including design, Search Engine Optimisation, social media strategy and digital marketing can now complement this with both digital and traditional PR.

Keen joins Extreme Creations after a decade in media relations which included experience in handling SMEs to major brands such as Barratt and David Wilson Homes.

Managing Director Antony Prince said: “Amy’s appointment marks the start of an exciting new chapter for the business and for our clients.

“What it means for businesses that choose to work with us is that they can rely on our expertise for the full range of services all under the Extreme banner; which has become synonymous with tailored, pro-active creativity and results.”

The agency says the creation of a new PR arm comes after significant growth for the business, which has included an award for Best Employer and a series of major new account wins. The team is now 24-strong and has a client base spanning all sectors, consisting of SMEs through to brands including Black Sheep Brewery.
