RealityMine has launched a client services division as it looks to cope with 100% growth over the past year.

The market research technology company secured a £600,000 investment from The North West Fund for Digital & Creative last year and now employs 30 people at its Manchester base.

Raj Bains has been recruited as client services manager to head the new division, which will assist the company’s project management team.

Bains was previously head of account management at Click Consult.

CEO Garry Partington said: “Our investment in the new client services division will ensure that we can successfully accommodate RealityMine’s growth whilst continuing to provide clients with excellent and improved customer service.

“Through Raj our clients now have access to a dedicated resource to help when setting up new projects, which will allow our project management team to focus solely on managing ongoing business.

“2014 will see extensive development of RealityMine’s product portfolio and service plans and we feel it’s important to assure our customers that they remain our number one priority.”

The company has also appointed Paul Callaway to project manage the development of processes across all departments.
