Also moving to the agency is Caroline Finch Denham, who takes up the position of account director after holding the same role at Rippleffect. She’s also worked for McCann Manchester.

Completing the quartet are junior account executive Sarah Pyatt and Hannah Sutton, who joins on a one-year apprenticeship, part of the company’s partnership with Trafford College.

The new appointments – which bring staff numbers up to 13 – follow a record year for the retail marketing specialist, with a 300% turnover increase in the last 12 months.

New clients include Silentnight, Grafton Merchanting GB and PZ Cussons.

Sue Benson, managing director at The Market Creative said: “The business has grown rapidly over the last 12 months with a raft of new business as well as growing our work with existing clients. We now feel in a strong position to invest and grow the team.”
