Performance media agency All Response Media (ARM) has announced the appointment of six new team members to its growing Leeds office.
The agency, known for its data-driven approach to customer acquisition across TV, digital, and offline channels, works with high-profile clients including Interactive Investor, Hoover and Hays Travel.
Joining the Leeds team are Bella McCully, Emily Shepherd, Hasina Ghanizada, and Milly Moncrieff, who have all been appointed as media executives within the agency. The recruits will support the planning and execution of TV, Radio, Press and OOH campaigns, contributing to ARM’s continued success in delivering measurable ROI for clients.
Olivia Policarpo joins from IDHL as senior digital media executive, working alongside Ellie Barratt, who steps into the role of digital media executive. Together, they will lead on paid search, social, and display campaigns.
ARM’s Leeds client portfolio is focused on driving and growing business for clients irrespective of media channel, where all practitioners are well-versed across the full media mix and utilising a proprietary tech stack to drive data insights for optimal media and targeting deployment.

The new hires come following a spate of new business wins over the last six months including an extension across the remit for Interactive Investor consolidating all media into one agency; the pitch win of eCommerce business, Dusk.com and winning the B2B business for Employment Hero culminating taking the brand onto TV for the first time globally.
