Bathtime’s back for Brazen as Baylis and Harding reappoints

Brazen has been reappointed by affordable luxury washing and gifting brand, Baylis & Harding, to handle its consumer and trade PR – the Manchester agency previously handled the brand’s account from 2022-2024.

The quintessentially British, family-owned brand which decorates the bathrooms of one in every two households in the UK, according to Phocas and NetSuite data from 2021, has returned to Manchester-based Brazen to turbo-charge its PR efforts.

The consumer and trade brief will see Brazen charged with securing unbeaten levels of top tier press office coverage both all year round and in the all-important golden quarter, as well as executing multi-channel NPD campaigns across its PR, Influence and Experience divisions to create a buzz across earned, owned and shared media channels.

Additionally, the agency will also maximise its celebrity ambassadorship and ATL campaign with Britain’s Got Talent TV darling, Amanda Holden. The brand also recently raised its profile by sponsoring May’s 2025 British Soap Awards, screened on ITV1, STV and ITVX.
