Social Chain alum’s agency rolls out LinkedIn leadership coaching for corporate teams

Manchester-based personal branding agency Great Influence has launched a new service aimed at helping senior leaders become more visible and active on LinkedIn.

The initiative, called Great Leaders, is designed to support executive teams at large organisations with building and maintaining a consistent presence on the platform. It follows the agency’s work with a range of well-known clients, including entrepreneur Gary Neville and fashion designer Nadine Merabi, as well as brands such as Huel and myenergi.

The programme was piloted by a top 100 global company and saw subject-matter experts within the business develop their LinkedIn presence, collectively reaching over a million users. Participants reported a 7–10x increase in engagement per leader, with all becoming among the top 15 LinkedIn voices within the company.

Founder Ash Jones, previously part of the founding team at Social Chain, said the aim was to address a common challenge faced by many organisations.

“We know that leaders and the C-suite struggle with the time, strategy and confidence to show up consistently,” he said. “Companies see the potential in building their leadership teams’ visibility, but there’s often been a gap in being able to scale that effectively. We’re helping businesses lead from the front; one leader at a time.”

The offer includes coaching, content strategy, social planning, performance tracking, and workshops. According to Jones, the wider goal is to support companies in using LinkedIn not just for brand building but for employer branding and talent attraction.

Great Influence was founded in 2018 and has since worked with a mix of entrepreneurs and executives aiming to build influence online.
