As 2024 draws to a close, Flowd, one of the UK’s fastest growing B2B marketing agencies, has unveiled its newly formed senior leadership team, driving the company’s ambitious plans for 2025 after achieving 93% revenue growth in 2024, fuelled by 33% headcount growth.
Flowd’s senior leadership team is headed up by co-founders Mitchell Clayton and Ashleigh Holmes, acting as CEO and CMO respectively. Earlier this year, Marc Entwistle was announced as COO before Leigh Gough was brought on board as managing director. Each member brings unique expertise and experience to spearhead Flowd’s next phase of evolution.
Clayton is setting his sights on expanding Flowd’s footprint in the US. Having already established a New York presence, Clayton is focused on building a high-performing team to scale Flowd’s US operations, aiming to outpace the UK market in 2025.
Meanwhile, Gough has taken the reins as managing director of the UK function. Gough’s focus will be on maintaining Flowd’s exceptional service standards while driving sustainable growth across the UK market and Marc Entwistle, as COO, is optimising Flowd’s operations to maximise efficiency and ROI.
Ashleigh Holmes, CMO, remains focused on driving Flowd’s growth within the market. After driving Flowd’s 93% yearly growth, Holmes is steering the company’s global marketing strategy to maintain its momentum into 2025 and beyond.
Completing the wider management team is head of service, Martin Stojcheski and country manager, Biljana Arsovska, who manage Flowd’s Skopje function, with Morgan Halliday supporting the management of operations across the UK and US.
Outlining the company’s plans for 2025, CEO Clayton said: “2025 is a defining year for Flowd. With our senior and wider leadership teams in place, we’re ready to scale faster, think bigger, and deliver even more value to our clients. Expanding our US operations is a key priority, and I’m confident that with this team, we’ll continue setting new standards in the B2B lead generation space.”
