UKFast has made two senior promotions, with its former director of account management and director of data centre sales joining its board.
The company says the move is to “accommodate its ongoing growth.”
New sales director, Rudi Feitsma, has previously worked for the likes of Ericsson and Vodafone in Australia, the US and the UK. He will be joined on the board by 26-year-old commercial director, Charlotte Bentley-Crane, who originally joined the company as a graduate in 2008.
“Although many traditional firms may question appointing someone so young to the board, for us it is a natural progression. Age is not an issue when it comes to running a company. There isn’t a better candidate for the role,” said UKFast CEO Lawrence Jones.
“With Charlotte and Rudi joining us at the helm of the UKFast, there really are no limits to where we can go. We are continuing to grow in terms of turnover and the team; and we are adding more and more amazing, innovative products to our portfolio. It’s a really exciting time for UKFast.”
