Lancashire marketing communications consultancy Freshfield has recruited two new executives.

Laura Cullen joins Freshfield as PR executive from Altius Group, a specialist brokers in business sale transactions, where she headed up the PR and marketing team.

At Freshfield, Laura will work alongside PR consultants to deliver PR, content marketing and social media programmes across a portfolio of business-to-business, public sector and education clients.

Amy Etherington joins the team as marketing executive from conference and events venue Manchester Central where she supported internal communications, stakeholder engagement initiatives and social media platforms.

Amy will assist in the delivery of Freshfield’s in-house marketing programme including website, social media, e-newsletters, networking and campaigns. She will also work alongside specialists to manage and deliver marketing projects for a number of clients.

Freshfield managing director Simon Turner said: “Laura and Amy’s appointments come at an exciting time of growth and development for Freshfield. It was important that we appointed sharp, hungry professionals who would be able to hit the ground running to support clients across a range of our specialist sectors.”
