Seven Brothers Brewing Co has hired The Lowedown to launch its brand overhaul to B2C and B2B media.

The Manchester PR agency is tasked with raising the profile of the brewers ‘7’ rebrand and packaging changes, as well as increasing awareness of its new line up of ‘family beers’.

The Lowedown will work with the brewery team on a media relations strategy for trade and consumer media, as well as creative influencer and social media outreach. The consultancy will also manage the brewery’s press office.

Emma Holgate-Lowe (pictured) , from The Lowedown, said: “This project is a great fit for The Lowedown as we specialise in telling the stories at the heart of a business.

“The Seven Brothers Brewing Co rebrand is striking and creative, and I can’t wait to share it with media to support the team in making the launch as success.”

Holgate-Lowe, a former showbusiness journalist for the Daily Mail, launched The Lowedown in January. She’s also previously worked as a media specialist at Kellogg’s.

Seven Brothers’ marketing manager, Alison Watson, added: “The Lowedown brought enthusiasm and creative ideas to the brief – but most importantly an understanding of our brand and what we were looking for.”

The Salford-based brewery will be launching its rebrand later this month.
