Matt Bush, UK performance agency director at Google, will gives this year’s Rupert Smith Memorial Lecture, ‘Inside Google’, at Manchester Metropolitan University on November 19.
Bush joined Google in 2010 after working in press and digital publishing.
He now works with leading advertisers and agencies to help them get the most from the web.
He is a regular public speaker on many topics concerning digital, technology and media matters and how businesses might benefit.
“It’s a real coup to have secured such an excellent speaker,” said Educational Trust chairman of the Manchester Publicity Association (MPA), Ian Tinker. “We’re delighted Matt will be giving this year’s lecture, which is already attracting a lot of interest. We’re looking forward to a fascinating evening,”
The Rupert Smith Memorial Lecture is a fund-raising event hosted by the university on behalf of the MPA Educational Trust, which promotes education in marketing and advertising in the North West by providing bursaries to students and supporting many educational events.
