Thomas Cook appoints BJL

BJL has been appointed by Thomas Cook to support its CRM programmes.

The Manchester agency will be working alongside an in-house team on a “customer-centric approach” to planning. It will also develop new technology and creative concepts for the holiday brand.

We have been impressed with BJL’s creative and results-driven approach and look forward to creating campaigns that strengthen our communications and engagement with customers,” said Thomas Cook’s UK & Ireland marketing and ecommerce director Chris Chalmers.
