The Market Creative has developed a spring marketing campaign for Manchester home furnishing store Housing Units.

The campaign stars interior designer Dawn Ward, who is married to former Premier League footballer Ashley Ward and who features in the Real Housewives of Cheshire TV show. Ward will open the doors to her Alderley Edge home for the campaign.

The house was styled to showcase three of Housing Units’ five ‘spring trends’ that feature in the campaign. As well as a new brochure, The Market Creative has created direct mail and point-of-sale materials to engage shoppers in-store and online.

Sue Benson, Managing Director at The Market Creative, said: “This is the first time that we’ve had the chance to really bring to life the new branding. The transformation is remarkable and the end result simply stunning.

“The brochure reads like a lifestyle magazine. Product information features alongside trends and inspirational advice, and the way the images have been shot helps achieve the premium, editorial style we were aiming for. It wouldn’t look out of place on a coffee table at home!”

Nick Fox, CEO of Housing Units added: “Dawn ensured everything was styled perfectly for the shoot from the array of cushions on the sofas, to the way the table was dressed and the layout of the room. She has helped elevate our spring message to really appeal to our customers.

“Combined with the beautiful photography and inspiring tone of voice, they will have no trouble getting to grips with the new trends of the season, introducing shoppers to yet another aspect of the Housing Units brand.”

Ward will appear at Housing Units’ store in Failsworth on Saturday 17 March to talk to customers about how they can recreate spring trends in their own homes.
