Reeds Rains go Outside the Box for lead agency
The Leeds-based creative marketing agency won the contract following a three-way pitch and will support with the strategy, generation and delivery of quarterly awareness and acquisition campaigns to work across the client’s residential sales, letting and financial services divisions.
The first campaign has recently gone live and includes in-store point of sale, signage, press advertising and digital communications. All of the creative work is built around the concept of ‘The Reeds Rains Effect’ using an image of a human smile laid over selective Reeds Rains’ properties to convey the happy home effect which is created when customers use Reeds Rains’ various services.
