Yorkshire print firms merge to create £2.5m turnover company

My Flyer

Huddersfield leaflet distribution company Mr Flyer has joined forces with Brighouse-based  mail and fulfilment house Flow Solutions to create a £2.5m turnover company.

Flow Solutions works with blue-chip companies including Virgin, Cadbury and B&Q, delivering direct mail campaigns and related services.

Mr Flyer specialises in leaflet distribution for estate agents, schools and home improvements businesses.

The merger followed an introduction from a business advisor, who thought the two businesses would be a good fit as they offer complementary services.

Flow Solutions director and co-founder Richard Standing said: “The deal unites the core strengths that both companies bring to the table to create a much stronger business offering. We’re anticipating significant growth due to the synergy between both firms, it’s a very exciting time for us.”

Mr Flyer founder Andrew Robinson added: “As a business, Mr Flyer needed to progress to the next level and this merger deal has allowed both businesses to have the scope to grow considerably.”

The deal retains all members of staff from both businesses and the Mr Flyer office has relocated to the Flow Solutions head office in Brighouse.
