Online glasses retailer launches first television campaign

Altrincham’s Low Cost Glasses, has launched its first ever television campaign.

Created by Media Agency Group, the 10 x 20 second spots will run on Sky TV throughout February and March.

“We are a young, fun, energetic business and want our campaign to make people smile, while showing that you don’t have to pay the hugely marked-up prices that are on the high street for quality prescription glasses,” explained Sergio Weingarten, CEO at Low Cost Glasses.

“We hope our commercial will resonate with people of all ages to think about the money you can save when buying prescription glasses online.”

The “You’ll Find Any Excuse” campaign features a glasses-wearing family who “love their low cost prescription glasses so much, they wear more than one pair at a time…including the dog.”
