Glasgows has won a place on both Lots of the Government’s events framework.
The Preston-based agency has been appointed for a minimum of 2 years, with the potential for two addition one year extensions.
The Framework is part of the Government’s plans to centralise its communications and Glasgow has won places on both the event management Lot and audio visual/production.
“I am delighted to confirm the award of the Events agreement. This is a fundamental part of the vision set out in this year’s Government Communications Plan to work together across the public sector and spend taxpayers’ money responsibly. It’s also great news for a diverse and vibrant supply base with 89% SMEs,” said Sally Collier, Crown Commercial Service chief executive.
This year alone, the agency has already produced events for VisitEngland and the NHS. It is already on Network Rail’s 5-year event management framework.
