Godel chosen to help ‘rapidly scale’ customer generation company

MVF

Customer generation company MVF has chosen Godel as its nearshore software development partner to help rapidly scale its business.

The company, which has offices in London and Austin, Texas, was started in 2009 and now has more than 500 employees.

“We’re growing rapidly, but scalability relies upon technology to stay ahead of the curve and despite being based in London, we struggle to hire senior software developers who can hit the ground running as the market is so competitive,” said Michael Johnson, the chief technology officer of MVF (above).

“We want to see the Godel team work with us to drive innovation in core parts of our business, rather than being a project team to hand things to – we want more sustained innovation across the whole business and we see Godel as a great solution to help us drive that.

“We chose to work with Godel because they put great emphasis on people and values which mirrors our values-based culture too.

“When we first met, the Godel team very much left us with the impression that they have a straightforward and honest approach, and would meet their promises, which is exactly what we are finding. We have very clear communications and they are growing with us.”

Paul Green, chief commercial officer of Godel, added: “By working with Godel, MVF isn’t impaired by the UK skills gap and the lack of senior developers available to grow its business rapidly – we can simply plug them into the business and they have the experience to run with any project.

“We’re really looking forward to helping MVF scale in line with the demands in its market place.”
