Leeds’ Blue Logic hunt for Northern acquisition opportunities

Blue Logic

Leeds technology solutions firm Blue Logic says it is actively looking for acquisition opportunities in the North this year.

Blue Logic says it is eager to “strengthen its position as the region’s leading managed IT services and accounting solutions provider” following a successful period of growth in 2017, including a 20% increase in staff and several large client and partnership wins.

Blue Logic has grown its turnover to £7m and expects to drive this to £15m by 2025.

Commercial director Dave Helm said: “Having achieved our ambitious growth plans over the past 12 years, we are now actively looking for successful regionally based technology companies with a contracted client base or complementary technology focused businesses that are open to potential acquisition conversations – our plans for the future will be achieved by expansion through acquisition in addition to our organic growth path.”

MD Mark Ambler added: “2018 will be considered a dynamic year in the history of Blue Logic with investment plans in place, some significant new customer wins and a recruitment drive across all divisions as we look for more of the right people to join us at this very exciting time in our development.”
