deltatre has supplied a range of services to Channel 4 as the broadcaster covers its first Winter Paralympics.
Following their collaboration during London 2012, deltatre is providing a host of digital products and editorial services including designing the channel’s Sochi 2014 website.
It’s also handling real-time results data delivery, live video streaming and highlight clip production.
deltatre’s team of commentators, journalists, live bloggers, producers and editors are also supplying analysis, photos and videos for online audiences.
James Rutherford, commissioning editor for Channel 4, said: “I’m excited to reunite the core team that was assembled two years ago for London 2012 allowing us to offer UK audiences first-class digital coverage from Sochi.”
Steve Boulton, deltatre’s creative director, added: “Bringing the achievements of these great athletes to the country has been exceptionally rewarding for us and for the ParalympicGB team to win their first-ever winter gold is fantastic.
“As deltatre continues to grow our editorial service offering, the success we’ve had with C4 during the Paralympics serves as a model of what can be accomplished.”
The Italian firm, which has recently expanded its office at MediaCityUK, saw its coverage of the London Olympics rewarded with a BAFTA for digital creativity.
