ITV is to air an exclusive, behind-the-scenes documentary about Tyson Fury and his family.

Filmed over several months, Meet The Furys (working title), follows the Gypsy King as he prepares to take on Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas.

Produced by Optomen Television, camera crews also film at his Morecambe home as his family and friends talk candidly about his mental health and addiction issues.

‘’This is a unique opportunity to gain an insight into this enigmatic figure whose battles inside and outside the ring have made him one of the most talked about people in popular culture,” said Kate Teckman, Head of Development, Factual Entertainment.

“With unprecedented access, this series aims to offer a full picture of Tyson Fury and his background that is sure to pin viewers to the ropes.’’

ITV describes the “warm and emotional” family saga as “the most complete and intimate portrait” of Fury that’s ever been seen.

The Series Producer is Demi Doyle, with Phil Turner, the Series Director.
