Moneysupermarket has announced that Scilla Grimble is set to join its board as chief financial officer.
The former interim chief financial officer of Marks and Spencer has also held senior roles at Tesco and was managing director at UBS Investment Bank.
“I am very happy to be joining Moneysupermarket and look forward to working with the team to build on the success of the business and deliver the new strategy,” she stated.
Grimble’s arrival is subject to regulatory approval and comes following Matthew Price’s decision to step down from the North West firm.
“I am delighted to have Scilla join the team. She brings significant experience to the Group of leading finance teams in several consumer facing public companies and has a strong background in commercial finance and banking,” stated chief executive officer, Mark Lewis.
