Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Naim Halloum as Business Development Director of its Manchester office to spearhead growth in the region.
Halloum brings 20 years’ experience across print, TV and most recently mobile programmatic. He spent the early part of his career working for the Evening Standard as Head of Agency Sales before moving to News UK as Head of Trading and then Head of Creative Solutions.
In 2011, Halloum moved to Dubai to work with 21st Century Fox at two of the media giant’s joint ventures, Moby Group and Rotana Media Services.
Three years later, he opened the MENA office of AdMaxim before returning to the UK in 2017 to start his own media consultancy, 3LB Media and Marketing.
