Journey Further has added to its senior team, with the arrival of three staff from Epiphany, Carat and Stickyeyes.

Neil Astin has been named head of biddable media, following 6 years at Epiphany Search. He’ll be leading and developing the Leeds agency’s team of PPC, programmatic and paid social analysts.

“I am relishing the challenge of heading up the most ambitious and talented biddable team around,” he said.

“Our proposition of connecting clients directly to senior analysts means we can deliver results at a speed unachievable by other agencies. I believe that fostering a culture of openness and transparency, both internally and externally, will help us achieve our goals in the years to come.”

Kim Harwood has been appointed as senior analyst after working on performance marketing for iProspect and Carat, while analyst Jonathan Hemingway moves over from Stickyeyes.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Neil, Kim and Jonathan to the family. As we continue our rapid growth and set our sights even higher, creating an inspiring place to work remains equally as important as winning the big accounts,” added CEO, Robin Skidmore.

Since its launch in January, Journey Further has grown from 3 to 15 staff.
