Leeds-based Savvy Marketing has boosted its existing creative team to support recent business wins and growth across the agency.

Paul Stearn joins as chief creative officer and Steve Garner joins as creative head, both working across the agency’s client base including Adidas, Britvic, Diageo, J&J and Keepak.

Stearn brings a wealth of creative experience across brands and retail and will have a particular brief to increase sales across emerging and e-commerce channels. He said: “Joining Savvy has given me the opportunity to work with some of the worlds biggest brands – the portfolio of clients is enviable and the breadth of work that Savvy delivers is significant. I’m looking forward to developing capabilities in new and emerging disciplines and supporting the growth agenda.”

Garner joins from Advertising Principles and said that he too was drawn by Savvy’s rosta of clients: “I was blown away by the brands that Savvy work with and the opportunity to create great work together with a really talented team,” he said. “Even in the short time I’ve been at Savvy we’ve worked on some brilliant projects and I’m excited about the growth of the team.”

Catherine Shuttleworth, CEO at Savvy, added: “Over the last 12 months we have seen huge growth across the business in all areas and have been adding more creative talent to the team. We want to create a real pipeline of creative talent here in Leeds to service our clients across the world. “

Leeds HQ’d Savvy is a multi disciplined marketing agency which also has offices in London and New York. It is independently owned by CEO and founder Catherine Shuttleworth and employs over 60 people to provide comprehensive marketing support to clients including Adidas, Britvic and J&J.
