Marketing agency McCann Leeds has announced a trio of new hires will join its Leeds office following a series of new business wins.

Joining the agency are Scott Oxley in the role of Senior Designer, James Greed as Account Director, and Selina Smylie in the position of Junior Strategist.

Oxley joins the agency following similar roles at Leeds-based agencies Thompson Brand Partners, and Works. His work has included branding and visual identity work for a variety of clients including mental health charity MIND, Morrison’s, and FIFA.

Greed joins the Leeds office as Account Director after working in the agency’s Birmingham offices for nearly seven years. Smylie rounds off the trio of appointments, a recent graduate from Leeds Arts University.

Olly Sowden, Managing Partner at McCann Leeds, said: “Our Leeds office is going from strength to strength, and we are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming Scott, James and Selina to our team. We have some exciting projects on the horizon that I know the team can’t wait to get stuck into.

“When recruiting we’re not just looking for people who can do the job, we’re hunting for exceptionally talented like-minded individuals who share our vision of Creative Courage, and I have no doubt that Selina, James and Scott will thrive here.”

Smylie added: “I’m very excited to have joined McCann, after recently graduating I can’t wait to begin working on new challenging and creative briefs, and to be able to put my degree into practice!”
