Bradford-based point of sale specialist Creative Digital Images has been acquired out of administration by PFI Group in a deal which has protected 36 jobs.
Creative Digital Images specialises in large format digital and screen print in POS, point-of-purchase and retail display graphics, and has more than 25 years experience in the field. Recently, following declining revenues due to COVID-19, it was forced to appoint administrators.
David Acland and Paul Whitwam, partners at FRP, were appointed joint administrators of the company on January 7th, and completed the pre-pack sale to PFI Group, which safeguarded every one of Creative Digital’s 36 roles.

PFI Group is based in Trafford Park, Manchester, and also owns businesses including PFI Signs Solutions, GB Sign Solutions, Lofthus Signs, Futurama Group and Insignia.
