A Leeds ecommerce agency has brought in four new staff following an influx of new projects and clients.

The new appointments take the team at Onstate to 20 employees, all based at Graingers Way in Leeds.

The agency launched in 2010 with a team of two staff and just a handful of small clients. The business now has a client base including Brown Thomas, Home Store + More, Arnotts, The Original Factory Shop and Leekes.

The four new employees are Mike Guy, who joins as client service and operations director, Greg Ball, who joins as digital designer, and junior developers Andy Betts and Aaron Moorhouse. Ellis Grouse, meanwhile, has been promoted to senior developer.

Guy joins from Leeds agency Made by Pi and has over 20 years’ experience of client relationship management, while Ball has most recenly had freelance stints at agencies in London and Leeds.

Richard Day, creative director said: “This is our eighth year of operation and the business has grown and developed against a backdrop of significant change in the world of retail and online commerce. This latest round of appointments is key to underpinning our continued growth and brings considerable experience and talent to the team right across the board.”
