Lancashire based JGM agency has been appointed by Cheshire East Council to provide digital, social media and graphic design support as part of the council’s overhaul of its communications strategy.

JGM will be part of a roster of agencies providing specific input to the council’s communication strategy.

The agency has previously worked on digital campaigns and rebranding for both Trafford and Rochdale councils.

Ellie Battersby, JGM account manager and lead on the Cheshire East tender, said: "Our experience, insight and ability to work effectively with local authorities were clearly showcased through our bid.

“We are delighted to be appointed and are looking forward to supporting Cheshire East Council across a range of projects.”

This successful bid follows the agency’s appointment to provide rebranding and digital services to South African based Inscape Education Group.

MD Louise Brooks added: “We went from strength to strength last year and I am looking forward to the exciting new opportunities that 2018 will bring.”

JGM has been appointed by Cheshire East Council for a period of two years.
