There to engage with Sefton’s diverse, dedicated workforce, you will take a leading role on all internal communications across the organisation. You will be responsible for the consistent flow of information and messages to staff, develop campaigns and support staff engagement using a number of channels including intranet and social media.
You will be expected to form excellent working relationships across the organisation and have a ‘can do’ attitude to help improve staff engagement. Building up strong relationships, you will be a trusted adviser to colleagues, providing advice on communications and engagement with a focus on messaging and the One Council ethos.
As it is a newly created role, this is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on internal communications.
