To manage the co-ordination and delivery of MIDAS’s operational sector marketing activity to promote and position Greater Manchester as an international business destination within the GM Internationalisation Strategy, ensuring that objectives are achieved as outlined within the sector marketing strategy and business development plans and within budget.
To develop, implement and evaluate Greater Manchester’s Business Growth Hub’s marketing, sales and client engagement strategies with the aim of increasing client acquisition and retention across a broad range of Business Growth Hub services including its Growth Company partners (GC Business Finance, International Trade) and its external delivery network.
The purpose of the role is to create, manage and deliver strategic marketing solutions across various UK wide retail and/or leisure schemes. The strategies are to include the Marketing, PR and Event plans, Creative Campaigns and media buying within a set budget. The objectives of the marketing strategy is to drive footfall to each scheme (i.e. shopping centre/leisure scheme), raise awareness of the centre, assist agents with the wider lettings strategy (where appropriate) and enhance the customer experience.
