Working closely with the Video team the YouTube Coordinator will collaborate to grow TheLADbible presence on YouTube. This will be achieved through strategic scheduling across TheLADbible YouTube channel in order to drive video views, subscribers and increase channel shares. Using your hard-core knowledge of YouTube, your understanding of YouTube analytics, promotion and tagging you will grow our YouTube account to be a major channel for TheLADbible. You will pull together and implement an optimisation strategy, engage with the departments across the Group to ensure best practise is met and continually improve to ensure the success of TheLADbible YouTube channel.

You will be a YouTube expert whether this is from building your own YouTube channel (with a significant amount of subscribers) or have done this for a well-known brand/YouTuber, demonstrable channel management, have proven capability of growing subscribers and followers and have experience across multichannel networks.

To ensure you succeed in the role we need you to demonstrate the following experience and technical knowledge in:
• Previous experience within a role solely focused on growing and managing a well-established YouTube channel
• Proven YouTube knowledge
• A proven ability to think, imagine and produce new and original ideas to continuously deliver unique and engaging content.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and understanding of current markets, trends and competitors’ actions.
• Proven ability and skills to edit video
• Outstanding editing skills
• Passion and drive to make TheLADbible YouTube channel a major channel
