The user is core to everything we do. We are looking for an experienced User Experience Strategist to champion the user throughout our businesses. Everything we do at Epiphany is based on data, we require a strategic thinker who is able to strike a balance between consumers’ intent and our clients business needs and ensure that their online experience is first class.

This is a key strategic role in the agency. You will be responsible for a rapidly growing UX team. You should be outgoing, friendly and enjoy working with others to make things happen. You are passionate, imaginative and strike a balance between data, aesthetic, business and user needs.

This person needs to have solid experience in the conceptualising and creating first-class user experiences which are driven by data and built to achieve optimal and proven digital channel performance.

A User Experience Strategist will work very closely with.

• Epiphany Clients
• All teams across the business in particular Project Management, CRO, SEO, PPC Content strategy, Creative and Display

A User Experience Strategist will…

• Be a good communicator and have the confidence and skill to communicate ideas and rationalise work clearly
• Keep up-to-date with web design trends and developments, best practices and knowledge in UX
• Share ideas, innovations and knowledge with the rest of the team
• Be proactive and use initiative when problem-solving
• Be a great team player and be able to work with a wide range of people across various internal teams
• Be receptive and professional to feedback and be willing to be directed when necessary
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be organised and have the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule and on budget
• Be passionate and motivated to work on any agency client
• Performance driven and motivated by achieving key project and client goals

About Epiphany:

Born out of its roots in SEO, Epiphany has grown to 190+ expanding to deliver full-service digital marketing campaigns to its clients. We have teams in SEO, PPC, Display, PR, Social, Conversion Rate Optimisation, UX and an award-winning creative studio working to devise the best user experience possible for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and champion UX in our processes and projects across the business utilising different experts to ensure a user centred approach that results in performance
• Work collaboratively across the business with different teams
• Educate various teams and clients on the importance of UX
• Have direct and regular client contact and behave in a professional manner and assisting in the new business process when producing pitch materials for prospective clients
• Present UX findings to clients and internal teams
• Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to new and core features and functions
• Lead on the creation of user personas, user journeys, stories and aid in the production of wireframes
• Plan and execute user testing
• Be able to identify the right data needed to inform a project
• Ensure work that is completed on time, deadlines are realistic and briefs are accurate
• Have key attention to detail and focus on quality of output
• Have a good grasp and understand of how search works, and what is needed to ensure content is successful in search

Skills Required:

• Solid experience and/or case studies/portfolio to match
• Evidence of taking several lead roles for UX across a range of projects
• Experience of UX/UI and usability principles
• Use of any wire-framing software
• Understand basic psychological and/or marketing principles that govern user behaviour
• Have an ability to use and understand data to make decisions
• Be amenable to the requirements of key digital channels in a quest for the best UX possible
