We’re on the lookout for a Support Analyst to join our support team in Manchester.

About you:
You’ll be working with our extremely talented developers and support team to answer customer requests by phone and through the service desk. You’ll be a self-starter and take initiative to seek resolutions to problems. We’re an inquisitive bunch and you’ll be too. Experience in a support role would be great as troubleshooting issues and working directly with customers to implement fixes and providing best practice advice on future upgrades will occur daily.

We offer 24/7 support here to our customers which you’ll become a part of, so working out of hours shifts won’t phase or bother you. We work with some big clients so you’ll need to have an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills as customer service is key in this role. In return you’ll get exposure to Sitecore (you’ll become a bit of a guru!) backend and frontend development, deployment & source control and cloud server infrastructures.

We’re especially interested if you’ve got experience of working in a similar technical environment. Or you may even have experience as a product specialist helping end users.
