About the Role

Today the group employs over 160 people and operates from 3 principal locations – Mumbai, London & Manchester – and is embarking on a significant 5-year plan that will reposition the business as the leader in its market.
Photolink Studios and Production in Manchester is now recruiting for a Shoot Producer to work as part of their photographic production team.
Aim of the Role
To work as part of an 8-strong team in the production and planning of photographic shoots.
To ensure that creative briefs are answered, and budgets and deadlines adhered to.
To deliver seamless production.
Ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines. A natural problem solver.
A knowledge and understanding of producing shoots, either in studio or on location, wherever in the world.
An ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
Not afraid of hard work and sometimes unsocial hours due to the nature of our business, as we offer a 24/7 service.
Proven ability to work to briefs and deadlines.
Superb people skills.
A genuine interest in the fashion industry.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, supported by references.
Not one day is the same and will be filled from start to finish, so you must have the ability to multitask.
Good fashion knowledge.
Ability to work with the Art Directors in suggesting locations and models to fit a brief.
Able to work well as part of a team in an often pressurised environment.
Reporting to the Photographic Production Director, you will be working alongside the other producers looking after your own shoots.
Possible on-site production on location shoots.
Responsible for managing the budgets on your shoot.
Ensuring that all production tasks are done in a timely and correct manner.
A genuine interest in fashion.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
