As a Senior Executive within the Paid Search team, you will take responsibility to delivering the day to day Paid Search for your clients. Managing the workloads of your junior team you will ensure all work is completed to the highest of standards. Through applying our agencies unique and propriety approach to search you will deliver continual improvement in your client’s results. You will understand the market and push innovating and insight across your client base.

Role Responsibility:
* Independently carry out day to day optimisation & maximisation of Paid Search accounts
* Identify opportunities to develop efficiency and quality control processes
* Be responsible for quality checking all work output for your accounts and team members, ensuring that it meets relevant client service level agreements
* Pro-actively identify opportunities for account growth and development across your team’s portfolio of accounts by understanding trends in data
* Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery to the highest standard, on time and meeting the client’s goals
* Continually review and suggest changes to tactics, based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
* To take the lead role in the Paid Search contribution at client meetings and respond to client and client services contacts within agreed time scales.
* Manage assistants and executives to deliver effective Paid Search campaigns
* Works with Manager to identify and implement training and development for the team to enable them to reach their potential.

The Ideal Candidate:
* A high degree of numeracy and literacy skills with ability to follow and devise processes.
* Ability to work under pressure, on multiple tasks and with time critical deadlines.
* Effective when working as part of or leading a team.
* Highly literate in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Pro-active problem solving & analytical skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
