All Response Media is currently looking for a driven and  ambitious individual that has a passion for Media and would like an opportunity to make their first steps into one of the UK’s leading customer acquisition/performance media planning and buying agency.  What are we looking for:   A ‘numerical’ degree would be advantageous. Experience of utilising MS Office and, in particular, Excel to, minimally, an intermediate level. An demonstrable interest in data and analysis Evidence of excellent written and verbal English A demonstrable interest and passion for all things media and marketing-related Key Skills: Working with, handling, interrogating and interpreting large data-sets Excel MS Office (Word & PPT) Great interpersonal skills for the purposes of: Working as part of a team Client-handling Presentation skills Fantastic planning and organisation skills (Time Management) Exemplary attention to detail. A Team-player An outgoing personality.      Key roles and responsibilities   Client Facing:   Using software to run regular reports and adapting into a presentable format in conjunction with line manager to provide to clients Communicating account performance to the client in conjunction with line manager Attending client meetings (both conference calls and face-to-face) with the rest of the Account Team Assisting with monthly and quarterly review documents Some more autonomy on smaller client projects More regular and direct client contact. A demonstrable greater understanding of clients businesses and business objectives.   Internal Media Role:   Becoming more proficient at usage of standard online media tools and taking an active role in training new Media Executives. More proficient in PPC activity alongside Display and proficiency at PPC and Display-specific media tools. Optimising online media campaigns, using data to inform decisions and communicating to clients directly where applicable. Copy writing and Ad Copy testing. Creating and optimising keyword lists for PPC Accounts Generating insights and ideas for clients based on data and optimisation outputs. Further enhancing and nurturing relationships with media owners. Attending internal organisation and client strategy meeting with Account Team with greater participation/input. More ownership of individual internal projects such as generating ‘competitor’ reports with insight/analysis which provide a focus on a client’s marketplace Responsible for keeping up to date with the digital marketplace through industry publications and bulletins and sharing industry information internally. Developing a broad understanding of other media channels and how they work together Team Structure:   The Senior Media Executive reports into the Media Planner/Buyer The Media Planner/Buyer will act as a mentor to the successful candidate, taking them through on-the-job training and oversee tasks and workloads This role is part of an ever-growing 12 strong ‘online’ team, within a larger team of 28 within the Leeds Office. All Response Media is one company with Board representation sitting in the Leeds office.
