Working closely with our media partners to ensure a point of difference in the market; to be the media agency of choice. It is pivotal that we are agile, pioneering and collaborative in ensure we deliver innovative and strategic in our thinking whilst maintaining commerciality.

To support Account Manager in the strategic, efficient and accurate planning and execution of online display campaigns, whilst running medium sized Digital accounts from brief to PCA with limited supervision. Growing these clients while delivering wider Amplifi trading and business objectives.

Role Responsibility:
* Delivering best in class campaign planning, adding value to clients Digital activity with innovative digital media schedule.
* Construct detailed rationale to support your planning recommendations based on a view of the Digital market and its impact on plan.
* Inform the broader agency of updates.
* Take responsibility for the booking process of your clients activity through to delivery of each campaign.
* Be proficient on all planning tools supporting senior members of the team with running reports and interpreting the data.
* Demonstrate willingness to analyse data to solve problems delivering well formed solutions to client issues.
* Start to challenge processes and output within the team and build a credible profile within the business.

Outputs:
* Driving positive results for clients and Amplifi, showing hunger to innovate and beat performance expectations.
* Assist in PDP’s for junior staff and ensuring others are producing best in class strategies.
* Providing a clear strategy to the trading team for all campaigns with consistently strong levels of KPI performance.
* Involvement in audits and ensuring SLA’s and client guarantees are upheld within the team.
* Stand out examples of process innovation that help improve the team, exemplary feedback from Managers/ADs/Directors.
* Input into the creation of Industry Whitepapers and Case Studies.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Intermediate knowledge of industry tools such as CCS, Hitwise, ComScore, iAnalyse and DCM
* Pro-activity in problem solving and challenging client briefs
* Demonstrate a knowledge of market trends
* Expand and develop presentation skills
