As an expert in digital marketing you will have an in-depth knowledge of the four tenets of modern marketing (Reach and Attract, Engage and Inspire, Nurture and Convert and Analyze and Optimize), and the ability to apply them to create global, award winning, results-driven, integrated campaigns for enterprise level B2B brands. You will have a passion for the latest digital channels and technologies and the ability to create client specific Marketing Cloud’s that are powered by the latest marketing automation, reporting, analytics and content apps and tools.

You will have an understanding of different campaign and targeting approaches from brand campaigns to account based marketing strategies, but your real skills and passion will be delivering results for clients through the development of cutting edge demand generation campaigns that guide prospects through the buyer journey from first click to purchase.

Working in the global contact strategy/digital planning team, you will report to the Director of Digital, supporting the team and account management functions in the development of successful programs. You will have the responsibility of managing a small team of digital planners ensuring that they are successfully delivering client campaign solutions on brand, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also have the responsibility for growing and tailoring our global offering to the local market ensuring that programs are compliant with regional standards and cultures.

Development of client strategies across different communication approaches including brand campaigns, lead/demand generation campaigns, account based marketing strategies and sales enablement programs

Development of integrated campaign plans that utilize the latest marketing technologies including marketing automation, apps and reporting/ optimization tools

Working with the account teams to help convince clients of the value of digital marketing services to their business, helping them define needs and potential solutions

Defines and implements campaign strategy, objectives and success criteria that results in industry leading programs that drive visibility, engagement, demand and conversion to revenue

Defines reports and KPIs to enable marketing and sales to measure the volume and velocity of leads in the funnel, including guidance on report formats, and recommendations for Eloqua and CRM enhancements to enable effective reporting

Works with the agency’s messaging, positioning and content teams to ensure various content assets and formats are effectively aligned against the buyer journey

Plays an active role in new business proposals and presentations. Executes projects to a high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget

Establish and maintain strong communications with clients, media, external vendors and internal agency teams

Regularly finds new or unique ways to contribute to the agencies overall digital and technology roadmap

Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree or equivalent in a related field

Google Adwords certified

Experience in digital marketing

Agency experience within a advertising or digital agency

Experience of demand generation campaigns that utilize marketing automation software

Experience of working on enterprise level global campaigns

Managing a team of digital planners

Experience of digital channels including search, affiliates, display advertising, mobile, social media, direct mail, e-mail, telemarketing, content marketing, exhibitions, outdoor, landing pages and web sites

Experience of marketing automation best practices to include e-mail nurture design, lead scoring, lead routing, landing pages, data segmentation, demand waterfall definition, marketing and sales integration, reporting and CRM integration

Understanding of marketing technology tools covering content platforms, reporting, optimization, analytics, social management, etc

Experience of working with different content formats/channels including webinars, video, blogs, e-books, online apps, etc

Experience of working with different adserving platforms, media partners and ad networks

Experience of user journey design and web site user experience

Knowledge of CRM systems
