We're on the hunt for a highly motivated, passionate and driven creative to join our exceptional team at Jam. We’re looking for someone to bring the big ideas to the table, who then has the skills to bring them to life, and an attitude that inspires others.

You’ll be an enthusiastic presenter who communicates concepts with confidence, both internally and externally and will support colleagues in building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

From branding and web, to campaigns and social media, you’ll deliver extraordinary thinking for established brands across the fintech, travel, and non-profit sectors.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll support and report to our Creative Director and Associate Director, whilst working to and with the Lead Creative, plus collaboratively within the creative and wider integrated team. You’ll be a mentor to junior members of the team, plus be expected to work with Jam’s external production partners when required.

What do we need from you?

  • Bring extraordinary thinking to all your work that pushes the boundaries of the creative brief.
  • From scamps to final creative, you can visually execute your ideas to a high standard, efficiently and effectively.
  • Interrogate briefs and ask the right questions to ensure we can exceed expectations in our creative thinking.
  • Develop an understanding of our client's markets, their competitors and their target audience - building creative work that positions our clients as leaders in their industry.
  • Play a key role in creating engaging proposals for existing and prospective clients, confidently presenting and selling our ideas and concepts internally and externally.
  • Communicate client feedback with your team, ensuring this is communicated effectively and that deadlines are met.
  • Inspire your colleagues and provide clear direction and feedback when reviewing work to ensure Jam delivers top-quality creative every time.
  • Drive constant improvements; both in your own skillset and that of the creative team.
  • You’ll be eager to stay informed with the latest industry news and be aware of the latest technology and media trends.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative or integrated agency, with at least 2 years of working at a senior level.
  • Proven proficiency in design programmes including the Adobe Suite and Figma for a range of outputs including brand, web and social.
  • High-level conceptual creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Collaborative storyboarding and effective translation of concepts into creative outputs.
  • Agility in problem-solving and adapting strategies to meet project needs.
  • Leadership, professionalism, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence in colleagues and clients.
  • An excellent knowledge of both digital and print processes.
  • An obsessive eye and care for the small details.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise your workload, whilst also working collaboratively with our integrated team in a variety of disciplines.
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and client communication at all levels.

Nice to haves

  • A good understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience in organising and directing photoshoots and content days.
  • Animation and video production/editing experience.
  • Knowledge of 3D tools is a bonus.
