We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Digital Communications team, working across a range of renowned retail brands.

What does the job involve?

You’ll be managing relationships with our clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as working alongside a team of digital experts to deliver an exciting and varied programme of work.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys shaping and building relationships with clients just as much as we do.

We’d ideally like you to have:

– 4 years’ experience in an agency-side client services or producer role
– General understanding of all communications channels but a strong and demonstrable focus on delivering digital campaigns which integrate with campaign/brand/ATL activity (Display, PPC, DOOH, Campaign sites, APPs, SEO, email, digital POS)
– Experience in retail, leisure, hospitality
– Experience across B2B, B2C digital projects
– Experience of managing projects through from initiation to completion
– Experience of working in a multi-service digital agency
