HGA is one of the UK’s most highly regarded “Live Experience” agencies, delivering innovative conferences, events and other engagements for blue chip clients across the UK and further afield. As part of a restructuring that reflects a year of success and growth we are looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager to take responsibility for the management of our relationships with several key clients, developing the accounts creatively and financially whilst co-ordinating the resources needed to service projects and build strategic plans.

The person we are looking for will already have significant experience in professional client relationship management, most likely gained in events, creative communications or marketing. Acting as the link between the client and our in-house production, creative and project management teams you will be experienced in operating at a senior level, have excellent commercial, written and oral communication skills.

A key element of the role is promoting the expansion of our non-events services (video, digital and design) within existing clients and so experience of these areas will be viewed as a great advantage.

This full time and permanent role is based in our Manchester office but you will be required to travel to attend meetings, new business presentations and briefings, as well as remaining in close contact with key clients. Although your commitment will tend to be standard office hours, deadlines or the demands of a client may see you working early or late to ensure continued success.
